Video Feature

Bring your brand to life through video. Exhibitors have the opportunity to share impactful videos that will be featured on the event website and across our official social media platforms, giving your company greater visibility before, during, and after the event.

You can submit:
• A product or service video highlighting your latest innovations and solutions.
• A leadership message from your CEO or senior executive, sharing insights on your company’s vision, technological advancements, or commitment to the aviation industry.
These videos provide a dynamic way to engage with your audience, showcase your expertise, and strengthen your brand presence beyond the exhibition floor.

Tools & Engagement Platforms

Exhibitor ESC Portal - Badge Registration & Client Invites
The Exhibitor ESC Portal is your dedicated access point for exhibitor badge registration. Easily register your team members by adding as many names as needed to secure badges for smooth entry at the event.

In the portal, you will find two types of exhibitor badges:

Regular Exhibitor Badge
• Provides standard access for your team to attend and manage your stand.

Exhibitor Badge with Business Engagement Access
• Unlocks exclusive tools to schedule meetings in advance with attendees.
• Includes the lead scanning app, allowing you to capture and track details of all visitors who come to your stand.
• Access is limited to 5 selected team members, who will also serve as the main contacts responsible for managing meeting reminders and requests.
• Once assigned, these 5 members do not need to register again under the regular badge type.

⚠️ Important: During the Exhibitor Badge Registration process, all team members (for both Regular and Business Engagement Access Badges) must provide a unique email address and direct contact number. This ensures proper access to the platform and smooth communication throughout the event.

✨ Additional Benefit:
The portal also allows you to send invitations directly to your clients, encouraging them to visit your stand and engage with your team during the event — a simple yet powerful way to drive traffic and maximize ROI from your participation.

Business Engagement Programme (Powered by Jublia)
The Business Engagement Programme is exclusively available to the five designated team members from your company who have been assigned Business Engagement Access Badges. These individuals will act as the main contacts responsible for managing meetings through the Business Engagement Platform.

With this access, your selected team members can:
• Secure and manage pre-scheduled meetings with buyers, partners, and industry leaders.
• Respond quickly to meeting requests, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
• Use engagement tools and lead scanning features to maximize valuable connections.
• Build lasting business relationships that extend beyond the exhibition floor.

By assigning the right people from your team, you’ll ensure a smooth process, avoid missed opportunities, and create the strongest impact possible at the event.

Early Business Networking Outreach

To help you connect with the right companies at the Global Airports Forum, we are introducing an early wishlist outreach.

  • Our Marketing Support (Daisy Balondaisy@nicheideas.net) will coordinate with you to collect your wishlist of companies or contacts you would like to meet at the event.
  • Please submit your wishlist on or before 30 September so our team can ensure these companies are invited to register for the event.
