GAIC Delegate Registration Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment is due in full at the time of registration. Full payment is mandatory for event attendance.
  2. The Organisers will not provide refunds for cancellations. Delegate registrations must not be shared or swapped. Substitutions will only be accepted in writing up to seven (7) days before the event.
  3. All unauthorized photography and the recording or transmitting of audio visual material, data or information is expressly prohibited. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to, or eject from the event any person, in it’s absolute discretion, for failing to comply with these Terms and Conditions or who in the sole opinion of The Organisers represent a security risk or annoyance to the running of the event.
  4. The Organisers reserve the right at any time to change the format, participants, content, location, timing or any aspect of the event, including pricing, in each case without liability. Changes to prices will not affect existing registrations and will only impact new registrations.
  5. If The Organisers are liable to you for any reason, The Organisers’ total liability is limited to the amount of registration fees paid by you to The Organisers.

Niche Ideas DMCC – Online Payment via Foloosi Terms

By proceeding with this payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General

This payment is processed by Niche Ideas DMCC. All transactions are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Payment Confirmation
  • A confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment.
  • Please retain the payment receipt for your records.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • Payments made are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
  • In the event of event postponement or cancellation by the organizer, alternative options will be communicated, including potential transfer of payment to a future edition or service credit.
4. Data Privacy
  • Personal and payment information collected through Foloosi will be used solely for processing your transaction and event-related communications.
  • We do not store your payment details, and all transactions are securely handled by Foloosi’s payment gateway.
5. Currency & Charges
  • All transactions are processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).
  • Any additional charges or foreign exchange fees are the responsibility of the payer.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
