Alisa Silven is a Senior Airport Strategic Advisor at NACO (Netherlands Airport Consultants) with extensive international experience in airport development strategy and airport master planning across a wide range of airport programmes worldwide.

She has worked on major greenfield airport developments, capacity expansion programmes and long-term airport development strategies across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the Caribbean. Her experience spans the early stages of airport development, from site selection and feasibility studies through to airport master planning, phasing strategies and investment planning.

Alisa combines technical airport planning expertise with a strong strategic perspective, helping airport operators, governments and investors translate long-term ambitions into practical and resilient development frameworks. Through her work, she is closely involved in topics such as airport capacity development, operational performance, and future-ready airport planning.

Georges Touma,

Business Development Director – Saudi Arabia (KSAT)

Georges Touma is Business Development Director for Saudi Arabia at SITA, where he leads the company’s growth strategy across the Kingdom’s aviation sector. In this role, he drives strategic partnerships with key stakeholders—including airport operators, airlines, and government entities—supporting large-scale transformation programs aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.

With over 20 years of experience in Information and Communication Technology, primarily within the air transport industry, Georges brings deep expertise in leveraging digital solutions to enhance passenger experience, optimize baggage handling, and improve airport operational efficiency. His work consistently focuses on translating technology into measurable business outcomes for airport and airline customers.

Georges is an ICAO-accredited International Airport Professional (IAP). He holds an Executive MBA from Université Paris-Dauphine and a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications and Networks, along with multiple industry certifications.

Katrina Korzenowski
Vice President, Asia Pacific & Middle East Africa, SITA for Aircraft

Katrina has been Regional Vice President, SITA For Aircraft Asia Pacific since 2015, and more recently also for Middle East and Africa since 2023. 

Prior to this Katrina was Director of SITA’s Aircraft Services business for Asia Pacific.

Katrina has over 20 years’ experience in the aviation industry specializing in Airline and Aircraft Communications and Operations and has been living in Singapore over 15 years.

Katrina, who has a degree in Computer Science and sub major in Business Management from The University of Technology, Sydney is based at SITA’s regional headquarters in Singapore.

Tobias Pötter
Senior Advisor, Airport Research Centre

Tobias joined ARC in 2004 after completing his studies. He started with airport terminal and master planning and gradually took on airport capacity and simulation projects, resulting in a combination of airport planning expertise with a broad understanding of airport operations and capacity. He is also actively involved in the further development of the CAST simulation software by ARC, utilizing his many years of experience as a senior airport consultant for worldwide airport capacity and planning projects. In recent years, he has focused on leading projects to set up CAST Solutions at international airports (like AMS, DEL or DOH) that predict passenger flows and resulting utilization of the terminal processes to support capacity optimization and mitigate capacity issues before they occur on the day of operations.

Eng. Rana Algowaiz
Executive Director, Business Development & Partnerships

Rana Algowaiz is a business development and partnerships executive with over 15 years of experience across the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Her expertise spans e-commerce, logistics, air cargo, exports, and ecosystem development, with a focus on building strategic partnerships and enabling collaboration across industries.

She has worked with government entities, private sector organizations, and national initiatives to support the growth of digital commerce, logistics, and supply chain capabilities in Saudi Arabia.

Rana holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from California State University.
