Rachel Akili is a Strategic Human Capital leader with over 15 years of experience driving culture, talent, and HR transformation across global organizations including Bentley Motors and EY. With academic foundations in Law and Social Science, MCIPD accreditation, and a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Approaches to Equity, Diversity & Inclusion, Rachel brings a unique blend of analytical insight and people-centered leadership to her work.
She is a passionate advocate for inclusive workplaces, having founded multiple Employee Resource Groups and spearheaded the creation of the Airport Diversity Forum, a cross-sector initiative uniting seven UK airports to advance equity for Women and underrepresented communities. Her influence extends to national policy through her contributions to a UK Parliamentary Steering Committee focused on improving access to education and employment. Rachel’s approach integrates emotional intelligence with agile and lean methodologies to deliver sustainable, high-impact change in corporate environments.
