Abdul Razzak Mikati

Abdul Razzak Mikati is the Managing Director of Dubai Technology Partners (DTP), a leading systems integrator and technology consultancy focused on aviation, transportation, and logistics.

With over 25 years of experience in the aviation industry, Mikati has played a key role in developing and delivering digital and operational solutions for major airports and airlines.

He holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Valparaiso University.

Under his leadership, DTP has developed cutting-edge aviation systems, including real-time flow management, on-time performance (OTP) optimization tools, and resource planning platforms.

Mikati is also a strong advocate for innovation and partnerships. He led DTP’s collaboration with Quintiq (a Dassault Systèmes company) to deliver advanced planning solutions in the Middle East.

In addition to his corporate role, he remains closely involved in DTP’s strategic direction and client engagement, leveraging his deep understanding of airport operations, digital transformation, and customer-centric solution design.
