The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) has introduced 152 automated e-gates at major airports in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Madinah, enhancing border control efficiency and supporting the Kingdom’s digital transformation.
Developed in partnership with the General Directorate of Passports and Matarat Holding, these e-gates streamline entry procedures by integrating with visa, biometric, and airline systems, significantly reducing processing times and improving the passenger experience.
