Saudi Arabia’s Cluster 2 airports have reached a major global milestone, with 18 airports receiving Level 3 Customer Experience Accreditation from Airports Council International (ACI). The recognition highlights their progress in embedding passenger experience into airport strategies, operations, employee engagement, and service delivery. This achievement builds on the cluster’s wider success, including international certifications and recognition among the Middle East’s best airports. With Saudi airports handling 140.9 million passengers in 2025, the accreditation reinforces the Kingdom’s commitment to improving passenger satisfaction, operational excellence, and global aviation competitiveness in line with Vision 2030.
