Saudi Arabiaâs Cluster 2 airports have reached a major global milestone, with 18 airports receiving Level 3 Customer Experience Accreditation from Airports Council International (ACI). The recognition highlights their progress in embedding passenger experience into airport strategies, operations, employee engagement, and service delivery. This achievement builds on the clusterâs wider success, including international certifications and recognition among the Middle Eastâs best airports. With Saudi airports handling 140.9 million passengers in 2025, the accreditation reinforces the Kingdomâs commitment to improving passenger satisfaction, operational excellence, and global aviation competitiveness in line with Vision 2030.
