Kuba Olejniczak

Kuba Olejniczak is the Head of Network Planning (Kierownik Działu Siatki Połączeń) at Poznań–Ławica Airport (Port Lotniczy Poznań‑Ławica).

In his role, Kuba is responsible for developing and managing the airport’s route network strategy across three key segments: legacy carriers, low-cost airlines, and charter operators. Under his leadership, Poznań Airport has seen robust growth, being recognized by ACI Europe as one of the fastest-growing medium-sized airports.

Kuba emphasizes strategic collaboration with both airline partners and tour operators, aligning the airport’s offering with market demand and passenger behavior. He has spoken publicly about his ambitions to expand Poznań’s connectivity, including adding more attractive destinations and increasing flight frequencies.

Looking ahead, he anticipates setting new records in passenger traffic — projecting that the airport will serve over 4 million passengers in 2025, which would be a historic high for Ławica.
