Hosted by: Global Airports Forum
In collaboration with: SITA
Overview
The aviation industry is undergoing one of its most transformative phases, driven by the need for seamless passenger experiences, operational efficiency, and stronger security. Airports in the Middle East, especially hubs like KSIA, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi, are at the forefront of this change, adopting next-generation technologies to redefine the passenger journey and airport management.
This webinar will bring together senior leaders and innovators from across the aviation ecosystem to discuss the Airports of the Future—what it looks like, how it will function, and the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
Key Discussion Areas
- Seamless passenger journey: Leveraging biometrics, ABC gates, and Digital Travel Credentials (DTC) to simplify identification and border control.
- Operational excellence: Implementing advanced Airport Management Systems (AMS) and AI-driven tools for predictive maintenance, resource allocation, and real-time decision-making.
- Security & Trust: Ensuring that digital transformation integrates robust cybersecurity and data privacy frameworks.
- Collaboration across stakeholders: How governments, regulators (like ICAO), airports, and technology providers can work together to accelerate adoption.
- Regional Focus: Exploring how the Middle East’s rapid aviation growth and investment make it a global testbed for future-ready airports.
