Malak Trabelsi Loeb is a Dubai-based legal strategist and entrepreneur who leads Vernewell Group and Trabelsi Loeb Legal Consultants. She builds integrated pathways that turn frontier research into policy, capacity and operational deployment across quantum technology, artificial intelligence, space and aviation. Through Vernewell she founded Vernex Quantum Valley, launched the Quantum Innovation Summit and QInnovision Consortium, and established Vernewell Academy for workforce development; initiatives that deliver pilots, industry challenges, targeted training and policy engagement to accelerate regional adoption and resilience. Trabelsi Loeb Legal Consultants provides specialist counsel in international business law, technology transfer, dual-use governance and regulatory risk, structuring transactions and compliance frameworks that enable secure cross-border collaboration. A valedictorian of Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi, she holds master's degrees in Public International and European Law and in International Business Law.
