Hesham A. Saeed

Hesham is an accomplished leader with over 18 years of expertise in operations management, aviation, and government services, with a proven track record in driving strategic engagement, resource optimization, and operational excellence.

Armed with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and executive leadership training from the Leadership Development Academy, certified professional Engineer rank from SEC and lead quality Auditor. Hesham continues to shape the future of aviation and operations management in both private and governmental sectors.

Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at PPMDC, Hesham oversees planning, operations, and airport management initiatives, setting high standards for process improvement and efficiency.

Previously, he held several senior leadership roles at the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, including Deputy Assistant Minister, General Manager of Jeddah Province, General Manager of Midia & corporate communication, General Manager of Hajj mission offices and Official Spokesperson. In these roles, he played a pivotal part in enhancing service delivery, streamlining operations, and Analysis of pilgrim’s journey starting from the origin touch point till the end of the journey (over 170 touch points) and develop/enhance initiatives to improve the quality/level of services to enrich the experience.
