
Heba A. Gouda
Heba A. Gouda is the Vice President of Global Operations at the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE), a position she has held since May 2022. In this role, she oversees a wide range of international programs, including global conferences, training initiatives, and membership development. Heba spearheads AAAE and the International Association of Airport Executives' (IAAE) international business efforts, focusing on expansion, sponsorship opportunities, and creating an engaged international community. She also plays a critical role in developing marketing strategies to attract global industry stakeholders.
With over 20 years of experience in non-profit and program management, Heba has a proven track record in both domestic and international settings. Prior to joining AAAE, she held senior roles in various diplomatic missions and organizations, including the Embassies of Bahrain, the United Kingdom, and Oman in Washington, D.C., where she managed academic and cultural programs and developed strategic partnerships with universities across the U.S. She also served as Director of International Projects and Business Development at the International Road Federation, where she managed global projects and membership strategies, and organized international conferences and training programs.
Heba’s extensive experience in business development, program management, and international relations, coupled with her fluency in Arabic and English, make her an asset in fostering global collaborations and driving impactful initiatives. She has been actively involved in organizing high-level conferences, leading training programs, and developing cross-cultural partnerships that bridge industries and regions.
