Eng. Wahhaj Motawie is the President of the Saudi Academy of Civil Aviation (SACA) and the Chief People & Culture Officer (CHRO) at Saudi Air Navigation Services (SANS). He is leading Saca’s transformation into a semi-government company, positioning it as a regional hub for aviation and transportation training, innovation, and strategic partnerships. With extensive leadership experience in people strategy, culture development, and business transformation that were developed from multi market sectors experience, Eng. Wahhaj has driven major initiatives in organizational excellence, Sales & business development, leadership development, shared services, and strategic communications.

He holds an Executive MBA and bachelor degree in engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM) and has completed executive programs at Harvard Business School and IMD Business School, specializing in business and organizational transformation, advanced strategic approaches, leadership, and boards management
