Dr. Mody Alkhalaf

Dr. Mody AlKhalaf is currently the Director of Talent Development at Riyadh Air, where she plays a key role in shaping the organization’s human capital strategy. She holds a PhD in Applied Linguistics from Princess Nourah University and an executive degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Dr. AlKhalaf began her career as a professor of linguistics, dedicating over 12 years to academia. From 2008 to 2015, she served as the Assistant Attaché for Cultural and Social Affairs at the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Washington, D.C., representing Saudi interests and promoting cultural exchange.

In 2016, she was appointed to the Saudi Shura Council, where she contributed significantly through her work on the Foreign Affairs Committee.

Mody is a lifelong advocate for youth development and has consistently championed the mentorship and empowerment of young men and women. Beyond her public service, she is also a successful entrepreneur, having founded four diverse businesses both locally and internationally.
