Dr. Fatimah Alakeel
Assistant Professor Cybersecurity
Dr. Fatimah is a cybersecurity and software engineering expert with 15+ years of experience. She specialises in cybersecurity awareness, capacity building, cybersecurity strategy, using AI in cybersecurity, privacy, and GRC.
Dr. Fatimah has a Ph.D. in computer science from the University of Southampton, UK. She is one of the first ladies to specialise in cybersecurity-focused national initiatives. She established CIAG as a non-profit initiative to raise awareness and build capacity in cybersecurity.
Dr. Fatimah is a consultant with the ITU, the World Bank, and other Saudi and international entities.
