Basem Talal Shawesh is the Head of the Air Navigation Services Training Center and English Language Proficiency at the Saudi Academy of Civil Aviation. With over 18 years of experience as an Air Traffic Control (ATC) expert in both operational and training domains, Basem brings deep expertise in aviation safety and professional development. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration (MPA) and is certified by GACA as the Accountable Manager for the English Language Proficiency Testing Center.
