Chairman, Egyptian Holding Company Aviation and Air Navigation (EHCAAN)

Aiman Arab, born on August 24, 1976, is an Egyptian aviation executive with 30 years of expertise in airport management, development, and compliance. Currently serving as the Chairman and CEO of the Egyptian Holding Company for Airports and Air Navigation, Aiman leads the transformation, development and modernization of Egypt’s aviation program inclusive of airport’s capacity upgrade, special airports systems modernization, aligning them with international standards while leveraging his extensive global experience.

Throughout his illustrious career, Aiman has held leadership roles in prestigious organizations such as Qatar Airways, Hill International, Abu Dhabi Airports Company. He has managed multi-billion-dollar aviation projects across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Central Asia, specializing in strategic and master planning, feasibility studies, infrastructure upgrades, and construction management.
Aiman’s technical and operational expertise is complemented by his strong educational foundation. He holds certifications in Project Management, Risk Management, and Program Management from the Project Management Institute in the USA.

His professional competencies span aviation management, business development, ICAO compliance and certification, airport strategic planning, risk and transformation management, and the integration of advanced airport systems. Aiman also holds multiple certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Risk Management Professional, Lean Six Sigma (Green/Yellow Belt), and Advanced Path Planner (SIMTRA Technologies). Additionally, he earned a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from the Edinburgh School of Business in the UK and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Zagazig University in Egypt.

Fluently in English with native language in Arabic, Aiman brings extensive geographic expertise, having worked in the Netherlands, India, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Egypt, Qatar, and Kazakhstan.
