FOR FEDEX: Drive FedEx's airport real estate interests in negotiations in assigned North American cities coast-to-coast including two hub locations. • Experience providing real estate and legal support for changing market conditions. Corporate right sizing, due diligence in mergers and acquisitions and pre-bankruptcy reorganization.

• Extensive knowledge of nationwide real estate markets. Real estate developer/builder and related financial model development for small retail stores to call centers to corporate headquarters to public-private development projects and major parking portfolio projects. Capitalization, financing and project management.
