Eng. Wahhaj Motawie

Eng. Wahhaj H. Motawie is the Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi Academy of Civil Aviation, where he leads the Academy’s transformation into a commercially sustainable and globally recognized aviation training organization.

He brings extensive leadership experience across aviation, human capital, shared services, organizational transformation, and business operations. Prior to his current role, he served as Chief People and Culture Officer at Saudi Air Navigation Services and held senior leadership positions at Petromin and Procter & Gamble.

Eng. Wahhaj holds an Executive MBA from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. He also holds executive education programs at Harvard Business School and holds a Board Readiness Diploma from IMD.

His professional interests include aviation capability development, organizational transformation, corporate governance, human capital strategy, and building sustainable education and training businesses.
