King Salman International Airport (KSIA), in partnership with Tasama and Procore, has launched a Unified Digital Construction Management Ecosystem to modernize the management of its airport development projects.

The initiative creates a single, integrated digital platform for construction project management, improving governance, collaboration, transparency, and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. By digitizing project delivery from the earliest stages, the system aims to:

  • Enhance coordination among all project stakeholders
  • Improve project delivery efficiency
  • Optimize costs and resource management
  • Provide a single source of reliable project data
  • Strengthen governance and operational performance

The rollout also marks the first deployment of Procore’s digital construction platform on a King Salman International Airport project and across companies within Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF) portfolio.

KSIA Acting CEO Marco Mejia said the initiative reflects the airport’s commitment to using advanced technology from the earliest stages of development to improve execution, collaboration, and project delivery, supporting the ambitions of Saudi Vision 2030.
