Red Sea Global (RSG) has completed the modernization of AlWajh International Airport, significantly enhancing its capacity and operational capabilities. The upgrade increases annual passenger capacity from 100,000 to 500,000 travelers and enables the airport to accommodate larger commercial aircraft.
The modernization strengthens connectivity to the Red Sea region and supports the development of nearby tourism destinations, including AMAALA. Improved infrastructure is expected to boost tourism, attract investment, and create new opportunities for local communities.
