Sara Sabt

Mrs. Sara is a risk management expert with over 15 years of experience in risk and resilience.

Prior to joining Gulf Air Group (GFG), Sara was a Risk Assurance Manager at Deloitte & Touche (Middle East). At Deloitte, she led multiple risk assurance engagements—specifically enterprise risk management, business continuity, and information security—for clients across the transportation, education, financial services, and retail sectors.

Sara’s experience includes delivering successful risk and resilience transformation programmes for large organisations.

At GFG, she is responsible for the Group’s Enterprise Risk Management and supports the development of its Business Continuity Management, Information Security Management, and Sustainability & ESG reporting programmes.

Sara has served as a director on multiple company boards. She currently serves as a Director on the Bahrain Airport Services (BAS) Board and chairs the Audit and Risk Committee.

She holds the International Airport Professional (IAP) designation, recognising excellence in airport management and proficiency in applying ACI best practices and ICAO SARPs. She also holds several accreditations
and professional certifications in risk and resilience.
