Samantha Leighton

With over 15 years of leadership in airport frontline enforcement operations across Australia and the South Pacific. Samantha is recognized for a strong commitment to compliance, regulatory expertise, and authentic relationship building. From 2017 to 2023, she worked at the peak industry body for Australian airports, guiding more than 250 airports through ICAO standards harmonization while launching and growing pivotal initiatives like the Australian Women in Airports Forum and the Emerging Leaders Program. In 2023, Samantha developed post-COVID airport workforce strategies, leading the My Airport Career campaign and website launch and publishing a key workforce report. Currently, she spearheads Regulatory and Contractual Compliance for the M265 Terminals project at King Abdulaziz International Airport, for Safari Company.
