Melanie Guilldou

A graduate of EDHEC Business School, Mélanie Guilldou brings over 20 years of experience in marketing and business development, specializing in the retail and foodservice industries. She has held key roles at leading French and international companies, including Agapes Group, Sodexo, SSP, and Carrefour Property. Mélanie joined Lagardère Travel Retail in May 2016 to head the Dining Division, where she successfully expanded the company’s foodservice portfolio and turnover. From January 2021 to February 2023, she also led the Group’s CSR efforts as EVP Foodservice and CSR, driving the implementation of its sustainability strategy. Since October 2024, Mélanie has been overseeing operations in Saudi Arabia, further reinforcing Lagardère Travel Retail’s strategic growth in the region.
