Magdalena Filcek

Ms. Magdalena Filcek is a aviator, interdisciplinary scientist, designer, neuroarchitecture and sleep specialist, inventor, and visionary. PhD researcher in Safety Engineering at the Military University of Land Forces, an honorary NASA employee and hot air balloon pilot. Her work integrates art, neuroscience, biotechnology, and safety design to address fatigue, stress, and neurophysiological challenges in aviation and space environments. She has developed several patented innovations, including the Vinci Power Nap® system, an award-winning technology for stress reduction, energy recovery, and sleep improvement-supporting professionals, travelers, pilots and astronauts worldwide.

Her pioneering work has been recognized with numerous international endorsements and presented at leading global forums including the UN, COP24, UNOOSA, NASA JPL, POLSA, MSPO, AirExpo Abu Dhabi and many more. She continues pioneering research on the prevention of inflammation and fatigue to support both pilots and astronauts in extreme conditions.
