Engineer Adnan Alotaibi, GACA Environmental Sustainability General Director and his team is on a mission to support the aviation industry and the journey towards environmental sustainability. With over a decade of experience, Eng. Alotaibi has spearheaded key initiatives to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, promote noise abatement, and enhance climate resilience in Saudi Arabia's aviation industry. He played a pivotal role in establishing the Saudi Civil Aviation Environmental Sustainability Program (CAESP) and aligning GACA with international standards, notably implementing CORSIA for international flights. His contributions play a significant role in both national and international environmental commitments, where he has represented Saudi Arabia on critical sustainability matters in a recognized global event such as the ICAO Assembly, ICAO Committee on Aviation Environmental Protection (CAEP), and
UNFCCC COP conferences.
